The dream that Springdale envisages:
All round development of the students. To foster in every student a desire to serve humanity and in doing so, to develop a respect for the truth. To develop social, academic and physical potential of each student in a caring out disciplined environment, to assist each student towards proficiency in basic academic skills and to improve creativity and excellence. To promote a strong mutual bond among all members of the school family: parents, staff and students. To place a special emphasis on a creative learning environment as well as on extending the range of educational experiences for the students. This may be through taking students to educational excursions or through the extra-curricular programmes the school offers.
